Prophetic Recommendations to Improve Eye problems, vision and eye sight.
We have started a new section part of Islam Facts Substack known as Prophetic Medicine to bring awareness about natural medicine recommended by Prophet Muhammed (pbuh) for healing.
The Prophet Muhammed (pbuh) said Every disease has a cure. Some may reach some, all or not reach the cure which is all possible by the will and permission of God. The Prophet Muhammed (pbuh) strongly encouraged seeking treatment and healing whether through doctors alone or also accompanying spiritual guidance such as Ruqyah which will likely accelerate healing. These natural treatments have been mentioned in general statements by the Prophet (pbuh) leaving room for scholars to research and find the correct method, dosage and conditions necessary. Therefore, one shouldn’t always take statements literally if they lack the knowledge and always ask scholars when in doubt. If you see any mistakes in the information please reach out directly :)

“There is a medicine for every disease, and when the medicine is applied to the disease it is cured by God’s permission.”

To Improve Vision
Use Natural Kohl also known as Athmad especially before sleeping for Men and Women. Kohl is a type of natural eyeliner thats good for vision and grows the eye lashes.
Wet Cupping or (Hijama) may also help as its a great health booster for the body.
Using Gold as a Kohl which is probably rare or unheard of these days! (pg. 270) to purify and strengthen eyes.

Sitting next to Kaabah, Using Kohl before sleeping, looking at green things and cleaning the sitting area in house.
What Weakens Sight?
Looking at Dirt, crucified persons, and sitting with back to Qiblah
For Eye problems or Blindness
You have Truffle (Kamaa’ or Mann in Arabic) Water. We didn’t find much modern day research available around the correct method of application and extraction which is essential to it’s effectiveness, such a shame as it can potentially cure blindness and eye problems. Some scholars say that the water is used directly and others mention mixing it with other ingredients and applying in a special and specific way, regardless the correct proven method here is the essence on reaching a good outcome. We don’t recommend applying water directly to eye without consulting a knowledgable professional. Off course, cure of diseases is from God (Allah) and these ingredients are only a means.
*** As a side note, having new or sudden problems with eyes and blurry vision could be a sign of Evil eye/Aynn or Hassad if you have the other known symptoms.
