Do you feel stuck?
Do you feel stuck, stagnant and kind of useless. Do you wake up to just pass time on useless routines and non-meaningful tasks?
Are you at that stage where you aren’t sure what do to with your life, tied up, cluttered with thoughts, fears, worries and lack action? You are probably experiencing an overwhelming wave of thoughts that are limiting you.
It’s time you leave your comfort zone and start taking action. This is your sign to take action and get your life back on track. If not now then when? If not you that who? It is hard to change and improve but it is even harder to remain unchanged.
Time will pass anyway so you may as well put in effort to eventually achieve better results.
Below is a few ideas to help you start taking action and get back on track. It is best to combine all areas and work on them simultaneously as this is a life long journey.
It is time to cut out, and change your mindset about everything harmful or toxic that isn’t doing you good or helping you in any way in particularly excessive Social media use. It is time to care for yourself and put yourself first. You are the only one that can truly care for yourself. Your partner can not eat healthy on your behalf nor exercise for you.
You have the power and ability to start and stop. It’s just a matter of choice!! So What will you choose ?
Now to live a healthy life full of Wellness and Positivity you need to look at all aspects of your life and start working on it. Your goal should be improvement and betterment rather than perfection. Improvement isn’t an overnight process rather it will always be a work in progress and you really need to appreciate that aspect before starting this journey!
Your goal is to brainstorm, then Detox every single area of your life, from A to Z and replace the toxicity with good habits! The idea is to look at your current life and work on improving it towards the life you want to be living!
The areas that you may look at are Family, Work , Current Job, Social media Use, Hobbies/outings, General Health, Diet, Exercise, Religion/beliefs etc.
Note down every single detail of that area in your life and brainstorm on paper
Where is it currently at/ What don’t you like about it
Where do you want it to be / your desired goals, new habits
How will you achieve those goals/habits? (What consistent action will you be taking?)
What will you do in your day/week to achieve that?
And finally the exact Day/Time of the week/month that you will review and hold yourself accountable for the achievement.
You must write this all down somewhere nearby (preferably on a piece of paper within reach).
While becoming unstuck means taking action and moving in the right direction, Mindset is very important. Mindset is your why?
E.g Why do you want to eat healthy? To loose weight.
Why do you want to loose weight? to have less body fat.
Why do you want less body fat? to have less diseases.
Why do you want no diseases? To live healthier, longer and fitter free of cancer etc.
The more you dig deep into your purpose of achieving your goal or your why, the more likely convinced you will be towards making a change and taking action.
Finally, simply researching or reading this article alone isn’t going to help you become unstuck. Actively following the guidelines and steps will. You need to start moving and get to work. You don’t have time. In the time it took to write this article around 3000 people would have left us.
‘‘Never take life for Granted, Tomorrow isn’t guaranteed."
When you develop an awareness of the problems and struggles, you can start brainstorming and working towards solutions to fix these problems.
